  This place is great. The staff is "fear free" certified. Meaning they practice strategic methods that put your pet at ease. Both my dogs and cat are cared for here and I wouldn't trust their care with anyone else in the area.

  Would never take an animal here! Our dog was dying. Granted we came in without an appointment, but how can you make an appointment for something you don't know you need until you do? We saw a tech who sold us useless chinese herbs and gave us the advice to take him home, give him lots of love and whatever he wanted to eat. He was bleeding to death inside. She never even checked him over. No offer of anything to help with the obvious pain he was dealing with. Within a few hours he was in agony. We called a mobile vet to our home to euthanize him. But in the meantime, he and we, suffered immensely. We paid a professional for help, but all we got was sent away with to watch him die. Do not go here if you care for your pet.
